📅 Refund & Cancellation Policy

✅ Standard Refund Terms

  • Cancellations 15+ Days Before Tour Date
    ✔ Full refund available
    ✔ Or rebook at equal or greater value
    ✔ Email request must come from original booking confirmation email

  • Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Tour Date
    ✖ No refund
    ✔ May rebook at equal or greater value (subject to availability)

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours / No-Show
    ✖ No refund
    ✖ Full tour amount will be charged to the card on file

 

📧 How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Reschedule requests must be made by replying directly to your booking confirmation email

  • No calls or texts will be accepted

🌦 Weather, Trail Closures & Force Majeure

  • We do not control trail conditions or weather.
    If Outdoor Adventure Tours cancels due to dangerous conditions, you may:

    • Rebook at a later date

    • Apply the value to another available adventure

  • Bookings are non-refundable due to OFSC trail closures or inclement weather unless we cancel for safety

 

âš  Operator Responsibilities & Non-Refundable Situations

  • Late arrival: No refunds or credits if you're late and miss your scheduled departure

  • Reckless behavior: Tour may be stopped for safety without refund

  • Equipment damage before your rental: You will be contacted to reschedule

  • Gift certificates: Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

 

🛠 Damage & Recovery Policy

  • Operators are responsible for any damage caused to the Rental Unit

  • Charges will be deducted from the security deposit

  • If damages exceed the deposit, the balance will be automatically charged to the card on file

  • You may be given the option to purchase the unit at a value set by Outdoor Adventure Tours

 

🚫 Prohibited Use

  • Submerging the RENTAL UNIT in swamps, rivers, or water beyond its design limits is strictly prohibited
    ➤ Damages from submersion will result in full cost recovery

  • Units must be used on mapped, legal off-road areas only
    ➤ Unauthorized use or breakdowns off-trail may incur recovery charges

 

🕒 Arrival Expectations

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour

  • No refunds or discounts for late arrivals
