🧾 Definitions of Terms
GUIDED TOUR
Professional, guided ATV or Snowmobile trail experience.
RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR
Includes ATVs, Kayaks, or Snowmobiles used during a tour.
OPERATOR
The individual driving the rental unit.
PASSENGER
A non-driving rider of the rental unit.
RESERVATION PAYMENT
A 50% deposit charged to the credit card holder to reserve a guided tour.
SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A pre-authorized credit card hold ($500–$2,000), released once the rental unit is returned in good condition. Final amount determined by Outdoor Adventure Tours.

Rentals Require:

Valid G (non-restricted) driver’s license

Minimum age: 18 years

$500–$2,000 damage deposit (Visa/MasterCard)

Signed Waiver of Liability & Rental Contract
Guided Tours Require:

Valid G2 or higher license or international license valid in Canada

Machines must be returned in the same condition as issued

Insurance is valid only on mapped trails

Minors:
Operators under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a special waiver.
🛡️ Operator Responsibilities

Only one designated operator may use the rental unit

All riders must wear required safety equipment

No minors are allowed to drive

No alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances allowed

Operator must avoid trails they feel unqualified to drive on

Operator confirms they are competent and briefed on safe operation
💳 Damage Liability
